Can I order for a friend/relative abroad?
Yes, we can send your card to anyone anywhere in the world and the postage cost is included in the price of the gift.
Can I order if I don’t live in the UK?
Yes you can. Your chosen payment method will be charged in pounds sterling (GBP). Please bear in mind that postage may take a little longer for international orders.
How can I pay for my order?
You can order online with any credit or debit card? If you’d prefer to order by post or pay by cheque, please call our team on (+44) 01444 446710 and request a printed catalogue.
What should I do if I have problems placing my order?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are dispatched within one to two working days. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched it usually takes two or three days to be delivered to UK addresses, about a week to be delivered to European addresses approx two or three weeks for all other countries.
What do I do if the card I ordered hasn’t arrived?
The first thing you should do if your gift card hasn’t arrived is to double check the email confirmation that we sent you with the delivery address of the card. If the delivery details are correct and the card hasn’t arrived after the specified time in question above, then please contact our team on (+44) 01444 446710 who will then investigate the matter for you.
