Is ordering from Gift of Sight on the Internet safe and secure?

Absolutely! We use Sage Pay (formerly Protx) who provide secure payment processing.

Can I order for a friend/relative abroad?

Yes, we can send your card to anyone, anywhere in the world and the postage cost is included in the price of the gift (please bear in mind that delivery may take a little longer for international orders).

Can I order if I don’t live in the UK?

Yes you can. Your chosen payment method will be charged in pounds sterling (GBP). Please bear in mind that delivery may take a little longer for international orders.

How can I pay for my order?

You can order online with any debit or credit card, except American Express or Diners Club.

What should I do if I have problems placing my order?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are dispatched within one to two working days. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, it usually takes two or three days to be delivered to UK addresses, about a week to be delivered to European addresses and approximately two or three weeks to all other countries.

What do I do if the card I ordered hasn’t arrived?

The first thing you should do if your gift card hasn’t arrived is to double check the email confirmation that we sent you with the delivery address of the card. If the delivery details are correct and the card hasn’t arrived after the specified time as stated in the question above, then please contact our Supporter Care team on (+44) 01444 446710 who will then investigate the matter for you.
